These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WorkDesk’s services, including the CRM and ChatPage AI agents (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI suggestions before use. We and our model providers disclaim liability for reliance on AI outputs. You must not use AI features for decisions requiring legal or professional judgment without human review.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display content as needed to operate the Service. You represent that you have rights to submit the content.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be discontinued. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORKDESK AND ITS PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content or use of the Service in violation of these Terms or law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Upon termination, your rights to use the Service cease.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your company’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue lies in the competent courts there.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
