How does WorkDesk CRM work?
WorkDesk CRM gives you one inbox for requests, appointments, and live chats; a shared calendar; and management of customers, staff, and services. Everything stays in sync with your chat pages and site.
Can my team use WorkDesk?
Yes. Business Suite lets you add team members (e.g. up to 5 users) so support and operations can work from the same CRM and chats. Single Pro is for a single user with unlimited chats and sites.
What are chat tokens?
Tokens power AI usage in your chat pages (answers, booking flow, routing). The free tier includes 50 tokens per month; paid plans include more. You can buy additional tokens as needed.
Do I need a website to use WorkDesk?
No. You can use chat pages and CRM without a website. When you’re ready, you can add a simple business site that connects to your chats and CRM.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The pay-as-you-go plan includes unlimited support chats, 50 tokens per month, and WorkDesk CRM. Upgrading unlocks booking/HR chats, more tokens, websites, and team seats.
